UPDATE: Following my original review the team reached out and they were very helpful in getting my problems solved. I raised my score from 3 to 4 stars because of that. Overall, it's the best bundle building app I've seen so far and I've tried a lot of them. I'm holding back the 5th star because I still think the UI and workflows need a bit more refinement - but the team seems like they care and are working towards a great product! INITIAL REVIEW: I've still got hope for this app but it's been a really rough onboarding experience so far. I see that others have good things to say about the customer service in their reviews but for us it's been painfully slow. They are in India and we're in New York and we never get realtime chat interactions. We're basically exchanging one sentence per day, which means it's been about two weeks and we've made no progress on actually resolving the glitch that's preventing us from using the app. The UX on the admin panel also needs some rethinking. It's surprising, because on the front end the UX is so nice but, for some reason, they laid out the backend in such a way that you have to manually enter your color preferences for every little place in the app, rather than simply letting you set defaults one time. I must have pasted the same hex value in about 20 different places, across 5 different screens just to get the widget to have a coherent look across the whole experience. Basically, what should be a 10 minute setup for each widget becomes like a 45 minute process. Show more
