Je suis parfaitement satisfait de cette app. Et le support en cas de problème avec une livraison est rapide. Il manque juste un service et une fonction. Le service de Lettre Suivie de La Poste et une fonction de suivi automatisé quand un colis ne bouge pas chez un transporteur pendant un certain temps. Une très bonne application gratuite pour intégrer la plupart des services de livraison utiles en France et en Europe. Permet de donner l'accès au client à une carte de choix de relais colis Permet de plus d'accéder aux tarifs Boxtal intéressants notamment au niveau assurance des livraisons. L'intégration et le service Boxtal fonctionnent sans aucun problème. Seuls petits regrets: difficile de tester le fonctionnement de la carte de relais car en fin de process de checkout shopify (mais c'est lié à Shopify) et pas d'intégration de la livraison lettre suivie de la poste très utile pour les petits objets. 5 étoiles quand même !
