Mais pourquoi je ne l'ai pas utilisé plus tôt ? Des frais de port réduits de près de moitié voire plus par rapport à ce que je payais avant , un service commercial et après vente hyper réactif. Je suis vraiment très très satisfait. Show more
L'application shoppify et le siteweb sont tres bien. L'installation est un peu complexe au début mais on s'y retrouve vite. Parcontre il faut une application mobile pour pouvoir travailler sans PC, ca deviens primordiale. Et Un GROS point NOIR c'est qu'ils ne proposent pas aux client la possiblité de selectionner le point relay avant de payer. J'ai raté beaucoup de ventes a cause de ça (principalement les personnes agés méfiants des achats enligne). Ca ne fait pas pro et ca nuit au trust building du siteweb. Trouvez une solution tres vite pour répondre à ce beosin. Une petit carte interactive dans le panier aussi pourrait faire l'affaire. Vivement que ce problème soit corrigé. Si vous ne faites que la livraison à domicile alors c'est absolument parfait mais les tarifs en France sont exorbitant pour les "petits" commerçants pour pouvoir proposer cela gratuitement sans le refléter dans le prix du produit. L'appli fonctionne bien et les prix sont compétitifs. Cependant il ne faut pas avoir de problème avec la livraison, La Poste (colissimo) a perdu un colis le 7 avril et boxtal n'a toujours pas débloqué la situation alors que nous sommes le 28 Avril. Un client de mécontent et de la marchandise toujours pas remboursée. Toujours en attente d'indemnisation de Boxtal. Show more
L'application est vraiment d'une aide précieuse. - Centralisation des commandes avec sélection du mode de livraison. - Gain de de temps très appréciable. - Suivi des commandes centralisé - Lien de suivi ajouté automatiquement dans chaque commande. - Centralisation de facturation - Evite les multi-accords (Mondial, Point Relais, Poste) - ...
