We installed the Avada app and also tested a couple of other trust badge apps. The Avada app was definitely the smoothest and easiest to integrate into our store. We did have an issue (entirely our fault) after we installed / then uninstalled (to test other apps) then re-installed the Avada app. We used the live support chat and were helped by a very knowledgable support person, Juliana. She was instantly able to fix our mistake and got things up and running again in a matter of only a few minutes. On so many of the other apps we use, the support agent wouldn't have even connected yet. Juliana was professional, prompt and knew how to fix the problem immediately!
