This app is filled with shotty programming and unreliable API connections to data sources. They claim to be the single source of truth that you are looking for in an attribution app but then when you start using it you quickly begin to realize a very large portion of your sales end up in an "unknown traffic". For the very very high fees you are paying them for their software, in my opinion, it's inexcusable for things to not work properly, connections to not be complete and honestly the general lack of any real usable UI. For example every morning you have to log out then log back in to get new accurate data vs. just refreshing your browser as you would think should work. Upon trying to cancel you will be met with dodgy answers, no one person to address your concerns and you have to then meet their lawyer who it seems wants to try and hold you to a year contract (good luck with that). Quite frankly I think I will also report them to the Attorney General of California for their shady business practices as well. Now I see why they don't let you have a free trial with all the features because no one would keep it. Show more
