So far so good...the support is very good. They are very responsive and appear to be available at any hours of the day. We already have the Appstle Subscriptions app, but we have found that as a CPG product business customers will order a subscription item, but if they are not using it fast enough they cancel the subscriptions. Have been evaluating different membership apps and Appstle app seems to be the only one not charging transaction fees. The beginning was a little challenging with multiple customer service agents and long wait times. Then I was connected to Mann who had a great idea to set up a quick meeting to discuss everything.
