I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Kehanvi, a Merchant Success Manager from Appstle℠ Memberships team. I had been grappling with an issue created by another app, which I had uninstalled quite some time ago, yet it continued to cause problems. Feeling rather desperate and overwhelmed, I contacted Customer Service for help. From the outset, Kehanvi was the epitome of professionalism. She was not only polite and courteous but also showcased her exceptional problem-solving skills by dedicating a few hours to help me troubleshoot and ultimately resolve the issue. It was apparent that she possessed a deep understanding of the Shopify platform and its integrations, and I was continually impressed by her diligence and attention to detail. The customer service for this app is INCREDIBLE! The install was easy, the dashboard is clear, and anything I have needed help on - I've been able to reach out to customer service and they've helped straight away. Highly recommend this app! Show more

Amazing customer service! Super quick to responded and are very knowledgeable. Their API is perfect for integrating into our apps. The only thing I can think of would be more customization for the widget and possibly a ways to bulk select members instead of typing their codes. But, other then that 5/5 and even those things we have been working around. Show more

They have really nice support staff who try to help. But after two days and a number of different people I have given up trying to get this app to work on my site. I have had to repeat my issues multiple times as new people keep jumping in and while I tried hard to make this app work the support teams suggestion for a call after I have spent over 8 hours try to get basic features to work i just have to give up on it.
