Neste momento: * não tenho acesso ao dashboard da app; * não consigo contactar o suporte através dos canais habituais; * não tenho visibilidade sobre o estado da integração com a Amazon. Esta situação é extremamente preocupante, especialmente porque ocorreu após eu ter reportado um problema. Solicito, com urgência: * esclarecimento sobre o motivo do bloqueio; * restabelecimento imediato do acesso à aplicação; * confirmação se existe algum problema ou restrição associada à minha conta. A minha operação está a ser diretamente afetada, pelo que agradeço uma resolução rápida.
