It makes it easy for them to sign up, drop links, and get paid, which is everything that really matters. Just drop a link in your footer and watch the affiliates trickle in. The major affiliate networks will send you a firehose of coupon and browser add-on affiliates at great expense, all of which bring almost no new traffic. The truth is that the valuable content affiliates who actually drive new traffic are few and far between. Affiliatly's pricing means you can afford to wait around for them to come by.
