I've personally used Active Campaign now for about 2 years after always having someone to handle campaigns for me. I was surprised how quickly I was able to get up to a functioning speed. That's saying something from someone who had never worked in a tool like this before. Most of the functionality is intuitive but for the parts that aren't, their customer care support is accessible and on point. Show more

We was using during test period and after we deleted the APP. 3 days after that it was deducted the monthly fee from our account. It is absolutely unfair, pay back this amount ASAP! 1 day later One day passed no answer !! Is my credit card information at risk? Can they deduct anything at any time? Why don't they answer? I've been with AC (migrated from MailChimp) since 2017 and LOVE it. I'm especially loving the new Pages feature. AC is far easier than Infusionsoft and far beefier than ConvertKit. I can talk to my customers based on their interests, what pages they visit on my site, and what they purchase. AC has been around long enough to have so many kinks worked out and also has the customer support to keep giving me what I need when I need it. I HIGHLY recommend it. Show more
