Pro: - variety of filter, segmentation, etc. for automatizations - very complete related to marketing automatization + CRM (the CRM I havent checked yet) - onboarding and other premium options to have 1 on 1 sessions and support Contra: - it would be nice to set basic colors, fonts, currency, language, etc. for all the templates (language because in my case it would be nice to have the interface in english, but emails in spanish), as this is not available it cost extra time - the onboarding could be a little more proactive from ActiveCampaign to give more suggestions, best practices etc. - the page is loading quite slow, I dont know if this is a problem right now (the last weeks) or since ever Show more

The Active Campaign integration utilizes customer data in a way that I previously didn't know was possible. Beyond just looking at the abandoned carts, AC can see when a customer visits a certain page, when they checkout, and lots of other helpful data. I do wish you had a calendar filter to organize scheduled campaigns. There isn't really any way to filter and organize and that gets extremely overwhelming. Overall, the app works well and gives a good amount of data on customer behavior in order to better target with specific emails. Show more

I love using Active Campaign - it's robust and does what I need to, along with tons more that I haven't explored. The one on one customer service calls are awesome. However, I have spent tons of time with people on their chat and haven't always gotten the right answer. The best platform I have used so far. Show more

I am very happy with AC and its integration to Shopify. I have been using AC for email marketing automation since the beginning of 2020 (changing over from drip) and I am happy with the functionality. Getting the information from Shopify into AC means I can specifically target certain groups of customers, write cross- and upsell messages and tailor my email marketing to my customers. I also really appreciate AC's quick and helpful customer service. Show more
