Odie was very helpful and instantly available to help me get started with the App. We're now coming up to a week in the trial and customers must be loving the new tracking page, even though orders have increased, the number of enquiries about package tracking have fallen. This is an excellent App and highly recommend it, especially for it's multi-language facility. (Jan 2025) I have had to reduce my 5 star review to 3 as unfortunately although support has been excellent they have had several weeks of issues tracking Royal Mail in the UK so I've had to uninstall the App and look elsewhere as this no longer works with our main carrier. When it works it is excellent, but certainly test this with your main carriers before committing. Show more
