Die beste Lösung, die man sich für seinen Shopify-Shop wünschen kann! Wir waren an einem Punkt, an dem uns die tägliche Logistik zeitlich einfach über den Kopf wuchs, und es wirklich schwierig für uns wurde, unseren Kunden eine gute und konstante Versanderfahrung zu bieten. Wir machten uns daher auf die Suche nach einem Dienstleister, dem wir die Logistik übergeben konnten. Doch der Mark ist unglaublich fragmentiert und schwierig zu verstehen. Jeder berechnet die Preise anders, es gibt Mindestmengen was die Stückzahlen oder den monatlichen Umsatz angeht, für die Shopify-Anbindung hätten wir vierstellige Beträge investieren müssen etc pp. Doch dann kam zenfulfillment. Die Anbindung war wirklich sensationell einfach - App installieren, fertig. Die Produkte, Orders und alle Infos werden automatisch synchronisiert. Wir schickten die erste Warenlieferung ins zenfulfillment-Lager, und noch am gleichen Tag wurden die offenen Bestellungen versandt. Die Qualität der Lieferungen und die Schnelligkeit schlug all unsere Erwartungen - einfach top! Bei Bestellungen bis ca. 15:30 Uhr geht das Paket noch am gleichen Tag raus und ist eigentlich immer am Folgetag beim Kunden. Die Qualität der Verpackung ist top, repräsentativ und macht den Kunden gegenüber einen extrem professionellen Eindruck. Ich kann garnicht genug betonen, wie sehr uns zenfulfillment in unserem Tagesgeschäft entlastet - wir sind nicht mehr mit dem Packen von Paketen beschäftigt, sondern können uns darauf konzentrieren, unser Geschäft zu entwicklen und Verkäufe zu generieren, immer in dem Wissen, dass wir uns um das Fulfillment nicht kümmern müssen. Der persönliche Kontakt ist extrem schnell und super hilfsbereit. Es gab noch keine einzige Beschwerde oder Problem seit der Umstellung (und das war vorher anders...) Volle Empfehlung! Wir sind absolut begeistert und können zenfulfillment nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Wer sein Fulfillment bei diesem Angebot noch selbst macht, ist selber schuld.
