I started using Zendrop in May 2024 when I set up my Shopify store, opting for the $79/month plan based on Shopify’s recommendation. As a newcomer to dropshipping, it took a few months to get my store running smoothly, but once I started making sales, I quickly encountered issues with Zendrop. Unfortunately, Zendrop frequently dropped the ball on orders. They would process an order, only to notify me days later that the product was out of stock. On one occasion, they informed me—after several days—that an item couldn’t be shipped to a U.S. address. I also encountered products with incorrect descriptions or images, and even fake products that violated patent laws. The lack of proper size charts and unclear color variant labeling, such as "4456" or "style 1," added to the confusion. One of the most frustrating experiences was when Zendrop charged me more than the listed price for a product. After confirming the original price on their site, I contacted customer service, only to be put on hold for 30 minutes. I was eventually told the price had changed, and they refused to honor the price that was currently listed. These issues, while seemingly small, compounded over time and negatively impacted my business and my customers' experiences. I’m disappointed with Zendrop and their lack of reliability so for my business I will be looking for a different drop shipping vender. Show more
