Really good review system, a bit limited on the free version that small businesses use... but of course they want you to buy the full version! Sadly the full version is massively expensive and would put most business owners (like myself) off the product when there are free versions that are better and easier to use. That said, it does work and it looks great on your site. Show more

Awful customer service (unless you want to upgrade) We used to love Yotpo but since we updated our theme and lost the app we have been trying to get some help with reinstalling. Terrible service! No response to four attempts to contact them. We looked at upgrading our Yotpo account but the prices seem to leap up and we just can't afford it for a small business. Show more
This app has been absolutely great. I am getting positive reviews WAY more consistently than I was before using the shopify reviews app. I really like that you can customize the time between the customers purchase and the email they get to request a review. Most items in my store are made to order, so this has been really helpful as customers typically have to wait 1-2 weeks for their orders to ship. Thank you! Show more
