I can't recommend this company. The product works fine, but they are not friendly to small businesses and have an overall "take it or leave it" attitude and pricing policy. We've used this app for YEARS. Macy's recently asked us to syndicate reviews so that all our positive reviews on our website would also show on Macy's. Yotpo not only refused to provide the data to them without "upgrading" our current plan, but the new plan they insisted on was a price increase of over 300%. Even worse, they required a full annual contract to do it. That price alone would have eaten up the vast majority of any profit we might have hoped to increase at Macy's. So yeah, I found Yotpo's inflexibility to be no different from extortion, and very anti-competitive for a small firm like us. Thumbs down. Show more
