There are a lot of apps for reviews on this marketplace, and I mostly just selected Yotpo because they had a free plan. I'm glad I did, though, particularly because their support has been so good. Leizel has helped me with several issues, and she's always given prompt, clear and helpful responses (even though I'm not paying them a dime). Based on my experience so far, I'm definitely planning to stick with Yotpo as my business grows and it makes sense to upgrade to their paid plans. Show more
