Reviews and Q&A are ok but you can get the same for MUCH cheaper. UGC does not have an easy to use interface...much better off with Foursixty for Shoppable Instagram. Reps take weeks to get assistance Show more

I have just installed Yotpo on my site under the free plan. I was not sure if it had everything I needed. After a good chat with support on the live chat (with Manny) all my questions where answered. I was on the fence about whether to go ahead with Yotpo and after this chat I was convinced. I had set up my automated emails and was receiving reviews, I was unable to publish them. Manny was very patient and helpful even though I had so many questions. And was quickly able to solve my issue/s. Show more
