I was previously using this app when my site was being hosted by another provider and I was struggling to migrate my reviews to my new Shopify site. The technical assistance I received from Ed to resolve the migration and widget issue I was experiencing due to using different templates was fantastic and thorough. Their tech support is really efficient. We just started using Yotpo, and at first, the written reviews were not appearing on our website (only the star ratings did). We reported it, and the issue was resolved right away! They also explained how they fixed it - so I also learned more about how to navigate their app. They also noticed other issues in our code, which they fixed as well. Very good service. Show more
