I needed help uploading CSV files for manual reviews and used the chat function and had Ed help me out and set it all up for me and also then proactively noticed that my website widget wasn't set up so did this on my behalf. really great service. Thanks Ed for your help Show more

UPDATE: Once again, fantastic, personable, instant help/service & support from the Yotpo live chat agent (Eunice this time). Just can't fault them. I've used Yotpo for a few years, and when I moved my shop from GoDaddy to Shopify, my non-techy, non-spread-sheety brain REALLY struggled to migrate my reviews and get my Yotpo properly set up for nobookswereharmed.co.uk I reached out to Yotpo's live chat service, and can't express how helpful and patient every single Yotpo representative was. It took a number of weeks, dozens of live chats and a silly number of emails to get the problems (caused by me!) sorted, and all the way through, staff remained polite, helpful and empathetic, and even though they and I all knew it was all MY fault, no one ever expressed exasperation with me. Reviews are SO important to instill confidence in potential new customers, especially for a tiny business such as mine, and I'd have been so upset if I'd had to lose 6/7 years of glowing reviews. Please don't let this app fool you! The installation is very intrusive and you will leak your store info and your clients names and email! After the installation Safari promoted me that my password had been leaked! Also the setup process is complicated and need to use an external panel to manage! Do yourself a favor and go with the FREE! oficial Shopify reviews widget I installed in 5 minutes and its way! better looking than this one! I regret even submit my store info to this terrible and very lousy developed widget Show more
