So far I'm not experiencing what I was hopeful for based on the reviews. I've seen many reviews stating that the customer service is amazing and timely but I have received one brief email in response to helping get my shop set up with this app and it did not even help resolve my issues. I have no idea how to get this set up on my website and I am not technologically dumb - I can figure out a lot on my own most of the time. Their instructions are minimal in their FAQs. I had high hopes for this app because it has such positive reviews. I'll be happy to update my review if I start to receive helpful/timely customer support but thus far I cannot give this app a positive review. Show more
