This Team deserves the 5 star review! There are many reasons as to why they do. First off they respond to your emails very quickly and are effective communicators as to whats going on. They walk you through every step even if you dont know what to do, they sometimes even just do the task for you which is very nice. They work very hard and get things done in a quick manner and they also listen to everything you say and ask them to do. I know there are people who say that the price is way to much but when you have a store with a vast amount of inventory (ours is 250,000), then $800 plus the $250 monthly subscription is WORTH every dollar to help filter that many products. I highly recommend these people to anyone out there. Show more
It is an amazing app. But unfortunately they charge an excessively high setup fee. Considering that the monthly value is already considerable. You should not charge an installation fee. I don't think it's very difficult for you. You could have more clients paying their monthly fee. Not all markets would be able to pay $400 for an installation. There are shopify experts but it is not the same as installing the app developer. I wrote an email to get more information about what the installation cost includes but I didn't get enough response. They told me that they were too busy to attend to my inquiries. Show more
