I was looking for an app that could give my customers an option for how they'd like their orders packaged, not related to give wrapping. This app allowed the customization I needed to make it work. I needed a little help getting my modifications made, and Adam from Wrapped was incredibly helpful. He was quick to respond, made changes on his end that needed to be done, and helped me make changes on my end to suit my store's needs. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. We use this app to capture a gift note from our customer's buying our IVF Support products as a gift, and then write out a handwritten note for our customer. This is the only app we could find that would create a product and capture the note details for us cleanly. Our customers love it and so do we! Show more

I'm actually using Wrapped to do something a bit different and had to contact the dev with some questions about how I could tweak it and what I might be able to get it to do. Adam was very responsive, thoughtful and helpful; Wrapped ended up working great as a solution to my needs.
