Wholesale Pricing Discount B2B

We have been so impressed with this app and the team that supports it. After looking at a number of Wholesale apps, this one was the clear winner with a robust feature set, slick UI (both customer facing and admin), plenty of customization options to align the look/feel with our brand, and fair pricing. We have also required some very specific customizations for our business and they have done the work for us quickly, accurately, and at a very reasonable hourly rate. Nothing works properly, i've come across so many problems that i had to pay a whole months for nothing since my free try expired before i could finish setting it up. The support are quick to respond, but give no helpful answers. I had to get it to work with my website team or by myself. The app can be in only one language, it's not compatible with shopify market (whatever that is). I have a simple B2C and B2B store... Really bad experience. Show more

HIGHLY FUNCTIONAL, TERRIFIC FEATURE SET, NO BLOAT PLATFORM I've searched a TON for the best wholesale tool and I truly believe this is not only the best built app for a store trying to have a B2B/Wholesale section, but that its unbelievably fairly priced considering its deep functionality. Noteworthy: Their customer service is UNBELIEVABLE! They always respond right away with the internal chat tool from your shopify admin site and you're not just getting a person who can barely help you. Instead, you're getting someone EXTREMELY tech savvy and deeply versed in the tool and features itself. They quickly get a real answer to you and anything you need done including customizations that you often get for free and without questioning you. I've been working with Shanna and she is INCREDIBLE! VERY BAD assistance in relation to the exorbitant cost they charge. They usually respond after one day to our requests so it is VERY DIFFICULT to solve problems because of the long lead time. They DO NOT OFFER unlimited stock so our wholesalers could not place orders. This is a ridiculous limit. We removed the application and for a whole day WE HAD HUGE HUGE PROBLEMS with our website, the PRICES in each product tab were HIDDEN for all our customers !!!!! Luckily we downloaded another application which solved the problem for us. We're sorry but we do not recommend this app. They still have to train themselves before selling themselves as an application on such a renamed site as SHOPIFY Show more
