Massive drop in abandoned cart recovery from 15% to 3 & 5%. Looks like none of the messages are being sent but charged per message as per their fees. Poor experience since the founders have left. Not at all happy with the product now. Why are you guys charging fees for Transactions when 70% of the message don't even reach the customers? It is unrealistic to realize a 60-70% Drop in abandoned cart recovery. FAILED APPLICATION, GUPSHUP Acquisition has made it worse. Namesake UNICORN the company is.
For free Whatsapp integration - Impressive. After trying and failing 9-10 other Whatsapp chat Shopify apps this one installed and was up and running in minutes. No need payment, no Facebook account setup, no registration, no first-run bugs etc. It has very flexible presentation options (left/right, icons, agents, auto lists, on-line hours, off-line messages etc.) Will be trying this further for 1-2 weeks and feel confident in signing up for the not-expensive payment plan in the near future.
