Support helped me very good when we launched our new website / new version. We went live and they deleted all old content. So we could easily add all new translations. This way we could even downgrade our yearly plan. And cleaned the amount of translated words in weglot. Manon, was excellent in her communications. And very quick responses. Show more

Jeremie was incredibly helpful in walking me through the app setup process. He followed my emails patiently as I described the issues I was having, and then provided clear, step-by-step instructions to resolve it. Their knowledge of the app's features is really helpful, as he was able to suggest the right solutions. I also appreciated their resourcefulness in finding workarounds when I encountered a few minor blockages. That's really appreciated in a world in which customer service normally links you to a help center article, and you have to figure it all out.
