Fair to say that Visually has changed the game for us with A/B testing and targeting specific customer groups and demographics with different content. Visually is super easy to set up and use and you don't need to know any code to get things going. I've recommended Visually to so many people I know that use Shopify and I'll continue to do so, it's excellent. The customer service is as good as I've come across - I had an issue recently where a test wouldn't work (my fault) and Dorine replied quickly, courteously and actually fixed my issue without me needing to do a thing - you couldn't wish for better customer support. We tested the app during the test period. I think the structure is cool, i.e. how easy it is to set up an A / B test. Also that you can build them in parallel. But I'm missing options for what you can add to the test. For example, on the product page, you could also test images or content as A / B in addition to different set-up structures. Or the menu, the shopping cart and so on. All these things are missing and is the reason why we would be rather limited in testing. Templates would also be great to integrate or exchange. Show more
As a very small team - without any developers - we are really happy with Visually's intuitive interface. This makes it easy to visualize the changes you're planning.
