For the past five years, we had been using the ShippyPro application for generating our shipping labels. We decided to try UPS's native application, and we couldn't be more satisfied. The app is user-friendly, seamlessly integrated with Shopify, and easily customizable to fit our needs. Great support to set up the app, and easy to use. We had set up the app integration ourselves and wanted to check if we'd done everything correctly. This was easily organised with UPS and helped us avoid making some rookie mistakes in future. What we really appreciate is that this app has been developed by UPS and not by a third party. We have a lot of different products with different weights and sizes and therefore use a range of different packaging boxes. This is easily set up in the settings, on top of the standard UPS Express boxes. These settings make processing a lot quicker than what we were used to. Collection of parcels is easily organised through the Pick-Up function and commercial invoices for international shipping are printed 3-fold by default, as required by US and non-EU European countries. Automated notifications keep our customers and ourselves informed regarding track and trace and delivery, which is a great service. All in all, very happy with this app. And support is readily available for troubleshooting. Show more
