Excellent analytics and responsive customer service
Strong Sales Onboarding, Disappointing Ongoing Support The initial onboarding experience was good and very polished. Everything sounded great, the platform seemed powerful, and expectations were set well at the beginning. However, once I was fully in the contract and working day-to-day with my assigned success manager, the experience declined. My success manager often seems uncertain about how to use or explain the system, especially when it comes to more advanced or newer features. Many questions are met with “I’ll need to ask someone else,” and follow-ups rarely result in clear or actionable answers. To be clear, I did understand I was entering a contract, so this isn’t about being misled on terms. My frustration is purely with the level of ongoing support after onboarding. For a platform at this price point, I expected more consistent, knowledgeable guidance beyond the sales and onboarding phase.
This is an incredibly bad company to do business with. I found it deceptive that they said they would integrate past data. They do pull historical shopify data, but they don't integrate your GA4 data into the their platform retroactively, so you have to wait months and months for data to accumulate. This is really not made clear when you are signing up. I used their service a few hours and canceled because it didn't work for me. Now they are being incredibly petty. They are trying to bill be for essentially two cycles. This is desperate scamy behavior and they should be ashamed of their business practices. I'm hugely disappointed in how they handled this.
