Really impressed with Thunder Page Speed Optimizer. The setup was quick and easy, and I noticed an improvement in my store’s loading speed without needing to make complicated technical changes. The app is simple to use and the support team is also very helpful. Definitely a useful app for Shopify store owners looking to improve their store performance.
We wanted to try the app, but the experience has not been ideal. First, optimizing the theme, which should take 10-15 minutes as per the instructions, took over two hours and never finished. After that, the app simply stopped loading, giving a "refuse to connect" error. We emailed support, and they reached out offering to help. Unfortunately, we had already installed and set up another app.
Thunder is simple to use and does a great job optimizing performance. My store feels faster and the support team is helpful.
