This app is terrible — a wasted $30. I’m honestly disappointed. There’s no trial period, so you have to pay $30 just to see whether it even fits your needs. My money was completely wasted. The whole logic of the app makes no sense. You even need approval just to use translation. It’s really bad. Don’t install it or waste your time.
Support is non-existent. Have been trying to reach out using their Zendesk support ticketing system. Submitted two tickets in the past week and was advised approx 24 hour response. Currently I am still yet to hear back and will likely be discontinuing use of SweepWidget once our campaigns have ended.
I can't recommend SweepWidget highly enough! The owner went above and beyond to help with my inquiry, even creating a whole new feature to fit my needs. This company is a one-stop shop for anyone looking to run a contest, giveaway, or build their brand. If I could, I'd give them 6 stars! Show more
