Great App and very easy to use. We had a problem with the app after loading a theme update where it caused the product pages to jump. Webyze were very helpful and were able to log in and fix the error promptly. In future I hope they will come up with a way to add swatches to the collection pages. Guys, there is still an issue after your so-called fix. Please look at the email and video I sent you 6 hours ago. - I've been using this app for years and have generally had a good experience. Whenever I've encountered issues in the past, the support team has been quick to respond and resolve them. However, my recent experience has been quite disappointing. I reached out for support early on a Sunday and promptly received a reply requesting more information, which I provided immediately. Since then, I've sent three follow-up emails but haven't received any further response. This lack of communication is frustrating, especially given my positive past experiences with their customer service. I hope they can resolve this issue soon and return to their usual high support standard. Show more
We have so many swatches in our online beauty store and really needed some hefty functionality with the ability to customize some things. This app has functioned wonderfully for us over the years and has been very easy to update with our new templates as well. Lots of very timely help as needed from the developers too.
