This app looks like it has a ton of potential and I was excited to use it. There is a feature called cycle count. It is a seemingly innocuous, easily overlooked little box especially for a new user that is trying to get their heads around a new app. ---------------- [ ]Cycle count Check this option to update stock counts only for edited / scanned products. Uncheck this option to set all unedited / unscanned products to zero stock when updating inventory. --------------------------- The default is unchecked - WHY? I opened a stock take, looked around, cancelled it and low and behold 12000 inventory items have been messed up. 2 weeks of online purchases not even an option for my customers. I have lost thousands of dollars. Why is such a majorly impactful box to check not more evident? A staff person could so easily leave it set to the default position. Their support is email only which is ridiculous when you have an urgent need with your store. They were at least prompt to reply but not very helpful at all with resolving the app. As far as the functionality of the app - it is ok. Stocky which is free and owned by shopify now is much much better. Show more
Really wanted this app to work. When taking inventory some of our products were not in the database and then some products we don't even carry showed up. Tried messaging for some help but have yet to hear back. Show more
This is one of the easiest inventory counting systems I've ever used. It's super simple to scan products or search for them manually to make sure every variant of a product is checked or accounted for. Thank you for developing such a great app! Show more
Highly Recommended. Suggest doing a small test stocktake on a couple of products till you get used to how it works and then you can stocktake as you wish. We use it for rolling stocktakes by brand through the year which keeps all our stocklevels accurate. Have already recommended the app to other shopify users I know. Show more
Well... I guess if you have a small inventory it performs well. For us, we have a inventory of over 50k SKU's. And due to the size of it, stock take's systems failed, and didn't send us the final stocktake report, resulting in us having to do EVERYTHING again manually to get the propper report... Basically using this app cost us three days of extra labor. So if you have a big database of products, beware... Show more
