The app is unfortunately not great. Several issues occur at every step, from importing products to simply browsing their product library or paying for the orders: cache needs to be cleaned endless numbers of times, product library crashes often, only credit cards are accepted (not debit) and this is not said anywhere until you discover it at the checkout for the first order. Assistance takes days to solve the easiest issues, apart from the amazing Prinz who is always super quick and effective. Thank you Prinz! Show more

The Spocket app is well supported. I benefitted from amazing customer support from an associate named Leah. I had a very complicated issue involving multiple Spocket and multiple Shopify accounts. I needed to install the Spocket app from the Shopify app store and then the plan subscription on one of the old Spocket accounts needed to be transferred to the new Spocket app account. This sounds straight forward but it wasn't. Leah did a lot of research and was able to get everything sorted out. She did all this with grace and dignity.
