Don't sign up. SCAM. No option to cancel your trial in platform. Emailed support, who made me email a second email address - and then they never responded. Did all this 6 days before my trial ended, and they STILL haven't cancelled my subscription and have charged me the full amount. Expecting a refund

Disappointed and Frustrated I had been using this WhatsApp automation app for a long time, but it’s just not worth it anymore. On top of that, they suddenly hiked the prices without any prior notice. It feels like a complete money grab. Really disappointed with how this platform has gone downhill. Total waste of money.

I had cancelled this App a month ago, and the owner still charged me 36 dollars. This is illegal! You do refund me this month that I sent you via e-mail immediately! WHY ARE YOU NOT REFUNDING MY CANCELLED ABO. THIS IS A SCAM from you! I want my money back for a service i do not use! I cant recomend your service to anyone!

This app is full of bugs — feels like there are 100 of them. I couldn’t complete a single action without running into errors at every step. It’s simply unusable. Customer support? Totally ineffective. It showed as “online” but no one ever responded to my messages. Very frustrating. Also, you can’t do anything meaningful without the Growth plan. I got it just to try the app properly and... guess what? Even with the paid plan, the app kept throwing errors non-stop. I asked for a refund — surprise, surprise: they don’t offer refunds at all. So not only do you not get a free trial, but you also lose your money on an app that literally doesn’t work. My honest recommendation: don’t waste your time or money on this app. It’s just not worth it.

Collaborating with Convertway has been a good experience, and it has helped me gain new customers. The chatbot option is good. Interaction with their support member, i.e., Mr. Irfan Khan, is very satisfying as he solves all the problems faced within the panel.
