The app functions as advertised, but proceed with caution. They don’t charge a fixed fee, and we ended up being charged over $329.33 for just one month. I’ve been running my store since 2012 and had no idea they could take a percentage of your monthly revenue. This was partly my oversight for not reading the fine print, but it’s definitely not worth it—especially when many other apps offer similar features at a fraction of the cost. 1/15/2025 Update: Yes, on a call you explained that if our customer purchased over $200, and we offer them a free gift card over $200, you take credit for that sale and charge me as you created the value for that sale. You ended up charging me for 1% for 33% of our sales, which is ludicrous, I installed another app for $29, with the same functionality and AOV and conversion rate have stayed the same. It wasn't your app that deserved to be created with the sale. Trying to take credit for 33% of my sales, and charging me 1% is not a good business practice, in my opinion, you lost me as a customer and others should know how this works before they use your app. Show more
