Un martirio de utilizar, a cada clic quehaces marca un error de servidores o simplemente no te deja hacer nada. Te pide foto de tu INE y grabarte a ti antes de poder enviar aunque para hacer la recarga ahí si no te pone trabas. Menos mal le meti solo 500pesos (que al final te cobra comicion por la recarga y me qwuedaron como 428 pesos, no es broma). Para generar las guias, pues va una hora y no me ha dejado crear ninguna, bueno me dejo generar una pero no la he podido ver y mucho menos imprimir. Show more
No la recomiendo para nada. Trabajamos casi dos años con ellos pero desde noviembre 2022 ya no existe la atención al cliente, no responden correos, no dan seguimiento a reportes. Simplemente la atención al cliente (si es que aún existe) es pésima. Mejor buscar otras alternativas para Envíos porque con ellos ya simplemente no se puede trabajar. Show more
La aplicación aparentemente funciona bien, pero el servicio al cliente y la resolución de preñas en PESIMA. Es normal tener contratiempos o problemas con las paqueterias pero aqui en 1 semana he tenido problemas con el 90% de mis envíos con retrasos en recolección, entrega y sin soluciones. Un grave problema si tus clientes son de primera vez ya que su confianza es muy frágil. Sugiero usarla con cautela ya que podría resultar en perdida de clientes y reputación negativa que Skydropx no te va a retribuir nunca Show more
