Sky Pilot ‑ Digital Downloads

I create and sell digital machine embroidery designs and cut files, so I need a good download app. I switched to Sky Pilot, on the recommendation of a friend who also uses SP on her site, after my website 'exploded' (in a bad way) while using another company's app. Not only was I able to fix the download issues on my site, but I was able to load over 2000 previous purchases back into my customer's accounts! the UI is super simple to navigate, and tech support is amazing! I should have started off with Sky Pilot 3 years ago, I could have saved myself a ton of hassle over this past weekend. If you sell ANY sort of digital files, you NEED Sky Pilot. Show more

I use this app for managing and storing digital downloads. The new update is great. It now even allows you to find orphaned products that have no files attached to them. No more embarrassing messages to or from customers about not being able to access files that you "swore" you uploaded. Since we all make mistakes this feature alone is a life saver.
