The Sky Pilot app is the most reliable and trustworthy app I've ever encountered. If I've ever had an issue it's due to user error, and that was once about 3 years ago. I've been relying on this app for digital delivery services in my store for approximately 5 years now and have NEVER had issues from customers or my end. My customers have reliable delivery, easy access to files, customer account login that's seamless and I have a backend that provides me with all the information I could require. The enhancements that Sky Pilot has provided over the years have been seamless, to the point where I don't even notice a change has been applied unless it's visual. I have easily accessed new features for enhancing my experience and haven't even encountered a bug.
