Just an echo of what others have said; this app was fantastic when it was privately owned and developed. Since Shopify has taken it over, I've had nothing but issues. One day, without making any changes, my templates refused to print properly - thankfully a Shopify developer popped in and was able to fix whatever they had mangled. Last week, again out of nowhere, none of my product photos are printing. Code looks fine, but clearly they touched something because not even the native templates will display product images. Now I'm spending an hour arguing with a chat agent who wants me to hire a developer to fix this issue; despite the fact that I've said repeatedly this is a Shopify-supported app. Ugh. If there were another alternative, I would take it. Show more
