We have used the Shopify in-house app Order Printer to print custom pack slips for many years. This is a nearly identical replacement of the Order Printer (legacy) app but with some changes to the liquid variables. There are two help pages you will need: "Liquid variables and filters reference for Shopify Order Printer" and "Migrate from the Order Printer app to Shopify Order Printer". Show more

My existing templates don't work with the new app. The order number, date, and barcode are all missing—three items that are essential for picking and packing orders. For the life of me I cannot figure out how to import my previous template. I contacted support for assistance and after wasting 90 minutes of my time with a support person who was akin to a receptionist, I STILL do not have my previous template imported. Shopify and their support & apps are NOT as good as they used to be. Sad face. Show more
