Like others have said; typical Shopify wasting time and resources to "update" an app that didn't need updating, only to make it worse. Importing our template from the old app also didn't work, it was missing information and came in much smaller and difficult to read. Frustrating as someone who paid for my template in the old app, because I will now need to pay more money to get a new template. A complete waste of money when the old app works fine. Show more
Bad move. Needs lots of time to set new tamplate, specially if you don't have skills to do it. If somebody is happy with new order printer app - just support two apps. I don't like at all the new invoice look. Show more
I have used the legacy version for six years. This new change is horrific. Like others, it is impossible to export or copy the exact code into the new version and it be the exact template. I do not have hours and hours to filter through the html coding to figure out what in the world is going on. And, no, I am not interested in paying an enormous fee each month simply to print invoices or packing slips. Just shameful. Show more
Don't fix what isn't broken. The older Order Printer app works so much better. I don't want this new app, and none of the other Shopify users I know do either. Don't take away the legacy one in August. If you do, we'll just switch to another third-party app that actually works. Show more
