You can't even transfer old templates... either missing something or errors Show more
OMG! Who on earth thought this app was an improvement! The old one worked, why change it? I've cut and pasted the text from the old template but it's not even close when viewed on the new order printer. The fonts are lost, totals and discounts are missing, ship to address is gone. We're not doing anything complex here, just wanting it to list the customers order, their address and what they paid for it. I can probably figure out the code to change to get it right but it's going to take a while. If anyone from Shopify is listening you REALLY have to sort this out and at least delay the removal of the legacy app to allow people time to fix your mess. Show more

Countering many of the poor reviews here, this app has been a LONG time coming and sorely needed. Previously Shopify had no support for Invoices. If a customer asked for an invoice, there was no way to pull it up, other than installing third party app workaround. That was a huge gap in any b2b workflow and this finally fixes it. Users have always had to know a little bit of HTML, CSS and Liquid to customize an invoice so I'm not understanding the complaints. There also appear to be unlimited templates that can be added so I dont understand some the reviews saying there are only 2. Yes, 2 pre-made, but you can duplicate and create as many as you need. I get that templates have to be done again and that's a hassle, but the old app was a dead end and needed a complete rebuild which is what Shopify is delivering here. My team and I are thrilled that this is finally available and I look forward to leveraging its capabilities into our workflows. No doubt Shopify can and will build on this new foundation. Show more
