Doesn't Work with Shopify POS GO... they really need to update the app to allow you to print the document. You get stuck at the print screen and it doesn't engage the print module. Show more
So far it is working much like the old one. I did have to make a lot of adjustments to the code for the changeover. If you have anything custom in your template then you will need to put time into re-coding your template. It turned out fine for us, but I did have to do it on my own. I did get some assistance from the AI assistant bot when I went to the help pages. I typed in some of what I had issues on and it gave me some code to work with that I further adjusted. Overall we seem to like it well enough. I did notice that we have to go directly into the app to print instead of printing from our orders. It wasn't this way when I first downloaded the new app. Not sure about why it changed. Show more
I think it's worth trying. If you have some IT background, it's good. I was able to write my own templates and it's of very help. Show more
