I must say there is fantastic customer support! In moving from legacy Order Printer (once the August deadline was met), the Order Printer team was relentless is satsifying my every concern. I had a custom template that could not be easily ported to the new Order Printer. They listened to my issues and resolved them one by one responding to messages around the clock and even though several different people dealt with the template, the problems were resolved seamlessly. 5 stars for printing receipts. I downloaded the app and 10 seconds later I was printing a receipt for a customer. I downloaded the pdf and done. That was fast and super simple. I can't believe the stock shopify software doesn't have this option install in its basic software. Show more
