This is a fast-growing app that has already deployed powerful new features in the 3 short months I've been using it. The team is ultra-responsive to user feedback and it was simple and low friction to get set up. Any issues are resolved attentively. The only downside is the support. Because they are overseas and you are typically talking to a non-technical person, even small issues take about a week to resolve, typically. Often an incomplete solution is delivered and multiple back and forths are required for simple briefs / bug fixes.
Great app and great support. We have got help even during odd hours and have seen that order processing is much faster than usual other apps. Highly recommend this app to help your operations team operate faster and with no errors.
Just what I was looking for - To allow my store to have a vendor profile section and allow vendors to manage their products through my platform. So far, the app is working very well.
