2024 update: they redid their UX and stupidly removed the ability to send multi-box shipments. This was the whole reason to use SS. We will be taking our business elsewhere. They have always been full of bugs HORRENDOUS customer support and don't listen to customers. We hate using them. Will now find someone else. Anyone else would be better - try Shippo or Shipping Pirate - anyone else. +++++ Horrible. There is not tech support whatsoever except a terrible bot. This is a complicated platform.
I have saved so much money moving over to Shipstation. Their account managers have help me to save even more by helping to optimize my shipping processes. Its not just an app, its a whole team to support your business
Our company has been using Shipstation for over a year now. We started with very low volume but have grown quickly. The platform is flexible and easy to use, the rates are great, and the customer support has been tremendous. They listen and are eager to help. What more could you possibly need?
Customer service was really helpful and the tool is excellent in automating our daily shipping/fulfillment system.
There have been near-flawless interactions. It has cut down on shipping costs and errors. The only issue I have is with claims. They always need to be approved, which is complex and rare.
