One of the worst app to use for shipping. They take 15 days to deliver the products & support is 3rd class. The POC is of no use. No response to calls & messages. And ticket gets closed automatically. Took 15 days for them to deliver an order within the city of Bangalore. And one more order is still in transit even after 15 days. And we have to refund to our customers, which is loss of material and trust.

We’ve tried other logistics partners too, but Shiprocket’s service and user-friendly interface stand out as the best! The dashboard is smooth, and the delivery process is seamless. A special thanks to our account manager, Shuchi, who is always proactive and ready to help whenever we face any issues. Truly appreciate the support and professionalism - highly recommended!
We have been using Shiprocket for our shipments, but the service quality has dropped drastically. They are marking fake delivery attempts and updating false delivery statuses. Even after multiple emails and support calls, there is no proper resolution. Prepaid orders are not even attempted properly, and shipments remain stuck at hubs for days with no updates. Their customer support only gives generic replies without solving the issue. This is one of the worst experiences we’ve had with a logistics aggregator. We are now actively looking for a reliable alternative to Shiprocket.
