委託業者に配送を依頼しているため使用していますが、使用する配送業者によってそれぞれデメリットがあり、どの配送会社を使うとベストかは言い難いです。 ヤマト運輸だと一括発行ができないため手間がかかりすぎるし、佐川急便は購入時の配送先の入力規則が厳しすぎて手作業での修正が多すぎます。 また、一括発行は時々発行が完了しているのに一括発行画面に表示されないこともあり、こまめにshopifyの管理画面から発送漏れがないかのチェックが必須です。こちらについては、改善要望は出しているものの未だに解決しない部分です。 Show more

We're very happy with Shipandco. Migrating to Shopify led immediately to an increase in web orders, and having to create courier labels manually via UPS was taking too much time and concentration. Shipandco looked like the best option for us, and it has turned out to do just what we wanted at a very reasonable cost. Nearly all our shipments now use the app, and that means a greatly reduced risk of clerical errors in address details and lots of time saved. Because our shipments are varied and because of the way our network is set up, it takes a few clicks to make a label, but that means we retain some manual control as we go, which can be useful. While we were getting the hang of things, we were very grateful for excellent, patient and encouraging support from Thomas, not to mention the promise of still further improvements to come, such as including UPS's carbon neutral option. ヤマトの送り状発行システムで一人ひとりの顧客情報をコピー&ペーストするのは骨が折れますが、Ship&Coを使用することでその作業が省かれるので助かっています。配送追跡メールが自動送信される点もありがたいです。 2021年3月現在では国内向けの送り状一括発行機能が、日本郵便と佐川急便だけなので、今後ヤマトも加えていただけると嬉しいです。 Show more
海外発送に、Fedexと日本郵便を併用しているので、注文によって使い分けることができ非常に便利です。Fedex は簡単に電子取引書類（ ETD）になり、紙の出力枚数も減りました。量が増えれば増えるほどより効率度が増します。 Show more
