ShineTrust ‑ Product Badges

I am new to installing additional apps to my store. I have been searching for the right product labels and badges and finally tried Product Labels & Badges Shine. This app does what it is supposed to do and I am very happy with it, especially with the service of the technical staffs. The help chat of this app is very helpful as it was replied quickly. I was having difficulty in running the app and Hai, the technical staff, responded to my chat. Hai was very helpful and patient to deal with me. He guided me through the steps to get up and running and answered all my questions. I believe this kind of quick service is most important to give customers a piece of mind. Although I have not ventured all other features of this app, I am confident that the technical staf will be there promptly to help.I will not hesitate to recommend this app to anyone. Show more

I love this app, It has solved several issues for us in one cheap app. Very easy to set up, and the UX and design of the app is amazing. I needed to tweak a few things, but Kien was there out of hours on a weekend and customised some things so they were perfect. We have used this app since long time actually as it was already before the only one with easy functionality for NICE and ELEGANT labels. All other apps seemed to have some predefined graphics, which might be catchy but for us did not really match with our identity. Also automation is of high importance to us and flexibility with settings therefore. The interface itself has evolved over time to be very modern and really nice to use as well - thus certainly on par as a top choice for labels for ease of UI and professional functionality.
